Lead HVAC Technician

Senior HVAC TechnicianEverlight Solar is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician in a senior-level role overseeing complex HVAC installations and ensuring project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Requires EPA 608 Certification and 8+ years of field experience. Often serves as a lead on job sites, supervising crews and guiding technical decisions. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position. This position is based out of Madison, WI and requires on-site presence.
