The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation of light, medium and some heavy equipment and machinery to assist in the maintenance and repair of the City's infrastructure. This is accomplished by preparing machinery and equipment for use, locating utilities, replacing pipes
