Deliver Functional Care in a High-Demand Urban Community

@Home Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to adult patients in the Astoria area. This role focuses on helping individuals maintain or improve independence in daily routines while navigating the challenges of dense, multi-unit urban housing.

You’ll work with a culturally diverse patient population and provide practical, real-world functional support in home environments.

Work Structure & Environment:

Flexible Scheduling:

• Set your availability and manage your caseload independently.

Urban Community Coverage:

• Provide care across Astoria and surrounding Queens neighborhoods with high patient demand.

Operational Support:

• Administrative coordination provided by the office team, with scheduling arranged directly between the patient and therapist.

Scalable Caseload:

• Opportunity to increase visit volume based on preference.

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred. 
• Strong ability to adapt therapy to real-world home environments. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting.
