• $25 to $32 per hour - based on experience
• Full Time – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 6 Paid Holidays

Fastener Dimensions Inc. (FDI) is a family-owned, high-strength fastener manufacturer, with more than 35 years of experience supplying customers within the Aerospace & Defense industries.

We have been growing at an aggressive pace and are looking to grow our team! Our manufacturing group is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join us at our facility in Pennsauken. The primary responsibilities for this position include: reading & understanding engineering prints/specifications ; setting up and operating manufacturing equipment; and using measuring devices to verify that parts comply with specifications.

• This position reports to the Production Manager

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience operating forging presses, saws, grinding equipment, CNC equipment, thread rollers a plus
• Must be able to read and understand engineering prints/technical drawings and measure part features using micrometers, calipers, and other basic hand gages
• Experience working with stainless, carbon steel, titanium, Inconel, and other exotic materials is a plus
• Attention to detail, critical thinker, problem-solving skills
• Adequate math and analytical skills
• Team player / ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
