This role owns end-to-end integration readiness, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to manufacturing with strong execution rigor.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who aligns cross-functional teams, closes design-to-manufacturing gaps, and delivers predictable, high-quality builds.The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of execution, and drives cross-functional teams to deliver results.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of engineering deliverables across hardware integration, manufacturing process development, NPI, and production rampDrive alignment and validation across HW, MFG Test, Quality, Supply Chain, and Development teamsEnsure readiness across all functions prior to pre-production and pilot buildsPlan and track manufacturing process development activities (BOM, process documentation, build readiness)Track execution of pre-production and pilot builds, ensuring smooth transition to volumeQuickly resolve roadblocks related to material availability, line scheduling, and technical issuesTriage and manage escalations impacting build execution, factory output, and program timelinesDrive clarity of ownership and ensure no gaps in responsibility across functionsLead execution reviews, daily/weekly operations cadence, and leadership updatesQualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant experience.Experience:Experience in hardware integration, system engineering, or NPI manufacturing process development and transfer to mass productionStrong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle from design through factory rampStrong experience with system and rack-level integration in NPI environmentsProven execution leadership across engineering and manufacturing organizationProven ability to drive execution across cross-functional hardware engineering and manufacturing teamsHands-on experience in production problem-solvingCommunication & Leadership ExpectationsCommunicate clearly and effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and customersDrive alignment across teams and stakeholders, including cross-functional organizationsAct as a technical leader and multiplier, elevating team capability and execution qualityInfluence without authority, ensuring consistent execution and standards across sitesCompensation: $ 110,000 to $ 128,000@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
