HR Generalist – Bilingual English/Spanish

Location: Coppell, TX | Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for a growing consumer products company in the Coppell, TX area. This position will partner closely with employees and management while supporting a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, HR compliance, policies and procedures, and employee records .

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day employee relations matters and respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and the overall onboarding process.
• Administer benefits information, answer employee benefits questions, and ensure new hires are enrolled appropriately.
• Manage FMLA paperwork and employee insurance premium payments while employees are on leave.
• Support workers’ compensation tracking and reporting and participate in safety committee activities.
• Create and maintain HR files, personnel records, and HR system information.
• Develop HR reports based on management requests and business needs.
• Support employee and manager training, merit processes, and performance management activities.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and referral bonuses.
• Assist with recruiting and employment-related activities.
• Assist with the revision and implementation of HR policies and procedures and maintenance of the employee handbook.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support company values, culture, and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• HR Generalist or HR Coordinator background with broad, hands-on HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee-facing HR needs .
• Knowledge of labor and employment practices, HR policies and procedures, and wage and salary administration.
• Experience working with an HRIS/HRMS or similar HR system .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant HR certification or education and experience qualifying the candidate to obtain an HR certification.
• Rippling experience is a plus.

Additional Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Environment: Fully onsite in Coppell, TX.
