Returns ClerkSHI has an exciting opportunity in our Returns Materials Authorization department as Returns Clerk. This position will be working as part of a team processing all daily RMA's returned by customers in a timely manner. A successful candidate will be utilizing their communication skills to interface with both sales representatives and vendors throughout the returns process. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $35,360 - $50,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
