Job TitleBilling ManagerJob DescriptionDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage the daily billing operations for a high-volume invoicing functionProcess and review customer invoices while ensuring accuracy and timelinessLead and mentor three offshore billing team members based in IndiaAct as a functional manager and subject matter expert for billing-related questions and escalationsPartner closely with accounting, project/account managers, and operational stakeholders to ensure billing accuracySupport multiple contract billing methodologies, including Fixed Fee, T&M, and Cost Plus agreementsMonitor workload distribution and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce billing delaysDevelop scalable billing processes to support future organizational growth and team expansionCollaborate with billing leaders across affiliate companies to share best practices and solve operational challengesServe as a hands-on contributor, assisting with billing activities whenever necessary to support team success
