Develop and establish the new surgical department, including protocols and procedures. Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including soft tissue, orthopedic, and emergency surgeries. Collaborate with our team of specialists and emergency veterinarians to deliver comprehensive care. Educate staff and pet owners about surgical options, risks, and post-operative care. Lead and participate in ongoing training and development for the surgical team. Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree. Board certification or residency training in surgery preferred, but not required. Proven surgical skills with experience in emergency surgery.
