What You'll Love About This Opportunity Work-life balance: Year-round work, no Sunday hours, and no after-hours on-call schedule Industry-leading earning potential: Earn a high guaranteed hourly rate OR uncapped commission (whichever is greater), with strong earning potential driven by performance Additional earning opportunities: Generous bonuses, spiffs, and performance incentives No income cap: Your earning potential grows with your skill, productivity, and results What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment Identify maintenance concerns, risks, and system inefficiencies, clearly explaining findings to homeowners Present repair, maintenance, upgrade, and replacement options in a clear, educational, and trust-based way Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures accurately and efficiently Perform emergency repairs with urgency, professionalism, and attention to quality Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company processes Deliver an excellent customer experience through communication, professionalism, and respect Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance plans, and upgrade opportunities when appropriate Leverage both technical and communication skills to improve comfort, efficiency, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic and repair ability Proven experience selling service agreements, system upgrades, and replacement options in a consultative way Strong understanding of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical principles Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust quickly Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to ongoing training, development, and professional growth Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable working in confined spaces when necessary while maintaining safety standards Why Join Elevate Home Services?
