. Your day-to-day assignment will vary based on business needs such as package volume, staffing needs, and seasonal demand. You may rotate between driving and warehouse duties—sometimes week to week, and other times spending extended periods in one role before transitioning to the other. This is a seasonal position; schedules may vary and can include Monday through Saturday, holidays, and peak delivery periods. Cover Driver Responsibilities Typically work 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday depending on operational needs Safely operate UPS package delivery vehicles Deliver and pick up packages while providing excellent customer service Work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment and in and out of customer locations Meet all UPS driver qualification standards and requirements Occasionally, you may work inside the facility as a Seasonal Warehouse Worker Typically work 3.5 to 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday Sort, move, and handle packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment Report on the assigned warehouse shift when not scheduled as a Cover Driver What

you’ll need: Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Stamina – this is a workout like no other! Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state – proof required to qualify for the position) Satisfactory driving history Pass the DOT physical Pass a UPS driver test Excellent customer contact and driving skills Stamina – this is a workout like no other!
