Auto Body Painter/Prepper

Description of the role: As an Auto Body Painter at Leo Martin Chevrolet, you will be responsible for applying paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish. You will work with a variety of tools and materials to match colors and achieve seamless repairs. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces, such as metal, plastic, and fiberglass, for painting - Mix paints to match vehicle colors and specifications - Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other methods - Follow established procedures for paint application and drying times - Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure quality and accuracy - Make necessary repairs or touch-ups as needed - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Adhere to safety regulations and use protective equipment as required Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Auto Body Painter or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment - Proficiency in color matching and mixing paints - Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality - Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits:
