Working alongside software developers, systems engineers, and customer stakeholders, you will help deliver high‑quality tools and acquisition support services that support FAA programs and initiatives nationwide. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders via meetings, phone calls, email, and software demonstrations. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, creating and executing test cases, documenting and tracking defects, validating system requirements, and coordinating testing activities across multiple software development teams. The individual will also identify opportunities for process improvements and help promote testing best practices throughout the organization. In addition to testing responsibilities, this role provides opportunities to support customer engagement activities, including demonstrating software capabilities, gathering user feedback, identifying configuration and customization needs, coordinating with development teams to deliver effective solutions, and assisting with support ticket resolution. Required Qualifications Experience leading a software testing team, to include leading efforts to identify testing strategies. Bachelor's Degree 6 or more years of work experience supporting clients, including business analysis. Ability to work on multiple projects with the ability to prioritize, pay attention to details, and follow-through to completion. Skills to document software development requests from clients, and report these to the team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with government clients. Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills. Ability to obtain FAA Suitability and FAA Public Trust. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident (reside 3+ years U.S.). Desired Qualifications Scrum/Agile and/or DevOps experience preferred. Automated testing experience desirable but not required. Salary Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
