Local Front Desk Agent - Opera Experience RequiredPay: $18.00/hour | Weekly PayWe're hiring an experienced Front Desk Agent for a local assignment at an upscale, full-service hotel. This position is ideal for someone with strong hotel front desk experience who can step into the operation and work independently with minimal training.What You'll DoGreet guests and provide a welcoming, professional check-in and check-out experienceProcess guest registrations, room assignments, payments, and account settlements using Opera PMSHandle reservations, room changes, and guest account updates accuratelyRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and concernsMaintain accurate guest records and ensure all information is updated in the systemCoordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfactionAnswer incoming calls and provide information about hotel services and amenitiesMonitor room availability and manage room inventory through Opera PMSAssist with cash handling, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift balancing proceduresFollow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all timesEnsure the front desk area remains organized and professionalSupport team members and contribute to a positive guest experienceExperience RequiredPrevious Front Desk Agent experience in a hotel environment requiredOpera PMS experience requiredStrong knowledge of hotel front desk operations, reservations, and guest servicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionallyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environmentAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyExperience in a full-service hotel preferredFlexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as neededAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with room reservations and revenue management practicesCash handling and payment processing experienceStrong problem-solving skills and positive attitudeMultilingual skills are a plus Assignment Details$18.00/hourWeekly pay OPERA experience is required to be considered.I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
