Digital Content Producer - Golf, NBA, Sports Performance Full‑time position at Foreground Digital, a boutique consultancy specializing in helping brands and athletes with social media. The agency runs on a small team of independent contractors and is looking to build a larger creative team. Assist in the creation of digital content for clients in golf, fitness, and sports performance. Responsibilities include managing design/video projects, writing copy, editing editorial pieces, and contributing to calendar and ideation of smart content that captures public interest around major sports events such as the NBA and PGA TOUR. Responsibilities Project manage design and video content creation. Write and edit copy for social media, blogs, and editorial pieces. Collaborate with contractors and new team members to expand agency capabilities. Develop calendar and content ideas that align with current sports events. Assist in team building and onboarding new creatives. Qualifications Experience in digital media, creative services, sports performance, or journalism. Strong passion for golf, basketball, fitness, or rehab sports. Familiarity with golf terminology and industry players is a plus. Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform dynamics. Ability to create engaging content across formats from long‑form journalism to GIFs. Bonus: Design or video production experience. Resourceful, self‑starter ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines. Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills. Availability of up to 40 hours per week; willingness to adjust as needed. The role starts as a 3‑6 month contract with the possibility of transition to a full‑time employee position.
