Senior React Native Engineer

Our company is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Engineer with 7-8 years of in-depth experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking a passionate mobile developer who can take a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural mindset and a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable, and user-centric mobile solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional features. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.
- Architect, build, and maintain reusable, reliable, and high-performance components and front-end infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and promoting best practices in mobile development.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and updates within the React Native ecosystem to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
