Mobile Phlebotomist - PRN

About the role We are currently seeking a PRN (as‑needed) Mobile Phlebotomist for a high‑growth startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and be friendly, empathetic, and compassionate. Responsibilities Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments (in your own vehicle), process specimens with a centrifuge that plugs into your car, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories. Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracy. Adapt quickly in a rapid high‑growth environment. Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours. As a PRN, confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead, and be scheduled as needed. Available at least three days per week between 5 am–1 pm (expected shifts) and eligible to work up to 29 hours per week, though no hours are guaranteed. Qualifications Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred). Experience processing samples. Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists, American Society for Clinical Pathology, or National Center for Competency Testing. Proven track record of exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Bonus: Fluent in Spanish. Benefits W2 employment at $22 /hr. Flexible schedule. Mileage reimbursement.
