Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist during a maternity leave assignment this fall. This full-time position offers a rewarding chance to provide resource-level speech services onsite at an elementary school, fostering communication skills in young learners. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:40 pm, for a clearly defined assignment period from August 17 to November 9.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience delivering school-based SLP services, particularly at the elementary level
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Committed to working onsite for the duration of the assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to students on a resource-level caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student development
• Provide recommendations and interventions that help students achieve communication milestones
