This role is essential to resident satisfaction and daily care.### **Key Responsibilities*** Assist with meal preparation and food service* Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment* Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools* Support cooks and dietary staff as needed during shifts* Ensure proper portioning and meal accuracy* Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Must obtain and maintain a **Food Handler’s Certificate*** Previous dietary or food service experience preferred (healthcare is a plus)* Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends* Strong teamwork and communication skills* Compassion for an underserved populationWe are an equal opportunity employer.
