Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRNGreenfield, MA$38–$40/hour | PRNWe are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position in Greenfield, MA. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and progress toward their individual therapy goals.What You'll DoProvide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistGuide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility tasksCarry out established treatment plans based on resident goalsObserve resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PTReinforce safe movement and mobility techniquesComplete required clinical documentationWork collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care teamWhat We Offer$38–$40/hourPRN scheduling flexibilitySupportive therapy teamShort-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseloadCollaborative work environmentQualificationsActive Massachusetts PTA license requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a rehabilitation teamSkilled nursing experience is a plus, but not requiredNew graduate PTAs are welcome to applyJoin a rehabilitation team where you can use your skills to support residents' mobility, recovery, and independence.
