Production Associate 2

Job Details Base Pay: $17.75 per hour Shift: 3:45 pm – 12:15 am (2nd Shift) Duties and Responsibilities Operate saws and assemble large patio doors. Fabricate and produce component parts for final window assembly. Perform fast‑paced, physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and use of hand tools. Lift glass onto build tables and roller racks; move carts in and out of production area. Load window sash components for processing insulated glass units. Assemble vinyl grids for placement within insulated glass units and offload units to carts. Use production reports to assist in production planning. Perform quality audits and engage in problem‑solving activities to ensure overall quality of work. Qualifications Measure lengths accurately to 1/32”. Lift 50 pounds continuously above shoulder height and below the waist. Basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals. Read and interpret statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions. Use computerized equipment. Stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods. High school diploma or GED preferred.
