Sub-Investigator / Nurse Practitioner

What You'll Do Serve as the medical provider supporting the Principal Investigator in the oversight of clinical trials Conduct study visits, medical evaluations, and ongoing assessments for research participants Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements Monitor participant safety, evaluate adverse events, and provide appropriate medical care when needed Lead and oversee the informed consent process to protect participant rights and welfare Collaborate with sponsors, study monitors, IRBs, physicians, and research staff throughout the study lifecycle Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation, source records, and study-related data Support patient recruitment, study enrollment, site operations, audits, and overall trial execution from a clinical and regulatory perspective If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, I'd love to connect! What We're Looking For Experience as a Sub-Investigator in industry-sponsored clinical trials preferred Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and regulatory requirements Skills and knowledge in: Clinical Research Medical Terminology GCP Compliance ICH Guidelines Regulatory Compliance IRB Processes Subject Recruitment and Retention Clinical Documentation Sponsor and Monitor Interactions Clinical Operations Communication and Presentation Skills Negotiation and Relationship Building Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Clinical Research Systems Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation and benefits package available Please Note On-site in Miami, FL Full-time clinical research position Opportunity to support Phase I-IV clinical trials Ability to travel overnight as needed Must maintain an active NP license
