The Project Superintendent will manage all phases of low-voltage system deployment—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fireand integrated security solutions—from planning and resource coordination to on-site supervision and final commissioning. This also includes a strong commitment to fostering team collaboration, enforcing safety protocols, and upholding the company's reputation for excellence in security technology services.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors and technicians in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelinesAssistin budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts, while obtaining permits or approval of revisions Ability to navigate between multiple job sites, ensuring all deficiencies have been identifiedand corrected, while updating the Project Manager on the project statusResponsible for weekly meetings, site-walks, escalation of issues to Project Manager, issue notices of non-compliance, maintainrecords and daily log of activityCoordinate inspections, verifications, tests, and other contractual requirements with client.Maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive, solution-oriented customer service and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned sitesEnsure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols by conducting regular site inspections, enforcing compliance with regulations, and addressing deficiencies to maintaina safe and high-performing work environmentQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):High school diploma or equivalent Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course ofconducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)Minimum of three (3) years of construction, electronic security, or utility sectorexperience, including installation, service, technician, or project management backgroundsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to guide the accurateinstallation and integration of electronic security systems.Advanced knowledge of working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)Effective leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframesand meeting deadlinesAdheres to safety requirements and guidelines, taking appropriate actionwhen needed, ensuring equipment and materials are used properlyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Ability to manage a project scope of $1Million or largerKnowledge of managing RFIs or contract requirementsManufacturer certifications, pertaining toaccess control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fireCertifications in OSHA 10/30 BENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
