LPN/Registered Nurse/BSN- CCDC Great Valley

Overview An anticipated vacancy for a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse/BSN currently exists within the Student Services division of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. The position will be located at the Child & Career Development Center- Great Valley campus in Malvern, PA. This position is slated to begin in August of 2026. Responsibilities Administer tube feedings. Administer medications as prescribed by a doctor on a daily basis. Documentation of prescription medication administration to students in electronic medical system. Implement seizure precautions and treatments. Attend field trips and community-based trips. Provide tracheostomy care and, if needed, replacement of tracheostomy tube. Support with toileting routines in the nurse's office. Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Implement nursing care plans as prescribed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing required OR RN program completed OR LPN program completed Current registered nurse or licensed practical nurse licensure required. Experience working with special needs children preferred. Current CPR/First Aid certification required. Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required (must be dated within one year of hire date). Schedule Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day; 185 days per year Location Child & Career Development Center- Great Valley: 40 Moores Rd, Malvern, PA 19355 Salary LPN Rates: Support Hay, Level 11: $24.82 - 32.90/hr. RN Rates: Support Hay, Level 13: $31.35 - $41.55/hr. BSN Rates: Support Hay, Level 14: $34.88 - $46.23/hr.
