This short-term, grant-funded position will support consistency, compliance, and best practices across the district’s school health services. Employment Details: Funding Source: Grant-funded Duration: Up to 50 hours total Schedule: Flexible; hours to be completed within the grant timeline as determined by the BPS Nurse Leader Reports To: BPS Nurse Leader Key Responsibilities: Review existing Burlington Public Schools health procedures and related documentation. Identify areas requiring revision or development to ensure compliance with MDPH laws and regulations. Collaborate with the BPS Nurse Leader and other stakeholders to draft and refine updated procedures. Ensure that all documents reflect current best practices in school nursing, public health, and student safety. Assist in organizing materials and resources to support implementation and staff education. Maintain detailed records of work completed and provide updates to the BPS Nurse Leader.
