Job Description Job Title: HSB Shift Leader Company: Hawkins Empire Division: Hawkins Sweet Bakery (HSB) Location: Jackson, MS Employment Type: Part‑Time / Full‑Time The HSB Shift Leader oversees bakery operations during assigned shifts, supports staff, ensures product quality, and maintains a clean, organized environment. This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly and represents the Hawkins Sweet Bakery standard of excellence. Qualifications Shift Oversight — Lead and support staff during assigned shifts Customer Service Support — Assist with customer needs and resolve issues Team Coordination — Assign tasks to cashiers, bakers, and packaging staff Quality Control — Ensure products meet HSB standards Inventory Checks — Monitor stock and report low ingredients or supplies Cleanliness Oversight — Ensure all work areas remain clean and organized Opening/Closing Duties — Complete shift checklists and secure the bakery Professional Communication — Communicate clearly with staff and management Leadership ability Ability to multitask Reliable and punctual Ability to stand for shifts Shift leader or supervisor experience Bakery or food service experience Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
