Annual Income Range

Average producer: $60,000-$70,000

High producer: $70,000-$90,000

Top producer: $90,000-Plus

Responsibilities

Sell insurance products and grow the agency's book of business
Leverage existing insurance knowledge to advise clients on the right coverage
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues in the office
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

Requirements

Active insurance license required
Prior top performing experience in insurance sales required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a track record of sales success
Must be able to work on-site in Rockford, IL
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including some evenings and weekends.
Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
