Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, document observations, and respond to emergencies
• Closely collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and family members to provide holistic care
• Adapt quickly to changing care needs, ensuring safety and comfort for patients at all times
• Educate and support families through challenges and milestones in their NICU journey
