As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Operations in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, maintain visitor records, and communicate arrival information to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Assist with reception-related duties, such as answering phones, providing directions, managing deliveries, and maintaining a professional lobby presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
