Responsibilities Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and forms to ensure information is current and accurate. Support policy communication efforts by helping develop employee‑facing resources and job aids. Conduct research on HR best practices and employment‑related topics and summarize findings for the HR team. Review HR records and reports for accuracy and assist with data cleanup projects. Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance‑related files. Support HR compliance projects related to process improvement, record retention, and documentation standards. Help compile information and reports to support HR initiatives and compliance activities.
