Pharmacy Tech - West Chester, Pennsylvania

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician to support an outpatient pharmacy serving a leading health system. The role is contract to hire with a flexible weekday schedule and possible weekend hours. Candidates must be local to the area.


Location:

• Philadelphia, PA (800 Spruce Street)

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on scheduling
• Weekend shifts may include Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately to outpatients
• Maintain proper inventory levels and documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries efficiently
• Support daily pharmacy operations, ensuring a high level of quality and safety

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy technician experience
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification is REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
