Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
• Document patient care accurately
• Provide care per accepted standards, collaborate with team members, and refer to specialists as needed

Requirements

• Current applicable state NP/PA license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification
• Education as mandated by licensure

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting. The role involves in-person work within an outpatient setting.
