At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Shipping Clerk to join our team in Springfield, MA.

Shipping Clerk starts at $20.36/hr during the introductory period and increases to $24.86/hr after successfully passing the 90-day evaluation. The schedule for that position is Full-time, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

The Role

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing shipping documentation, supporting inventory movement, and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system, and additionally supporting plant operations with supplemental skills. This role works closely with production, quality, and logistics to ensure shipments are completed safely, accurately, and on time. The Shipping Clerk operates within a structured three-level competency framework. Advancement through each level reflects demonstrated proficiency, reliability, and at the highest level the ability to train and mentor others.
