What You'll Do

As a Parts Counterperson, you'll help keep our service department, technicians, wholesale partners, and retail customers moving by providing fast, accurate, and professional parts support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status
• Assist internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Utilize manufacturer catalogs and electronic parts lookup systems
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide pricing and product information
• Review collision repair estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
• Provide exceptional customer service to technicians, customers, and vendors
• Pull and fill parts orders from inventory
• Perform regular inventory and bin checks to maintain accuracy
• Notify management of inventory shortages and urgent stock needs
• Source out-of-stock parts from alternative suppliers when needed
• Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive parts experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a winning culture
