About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join its Senior Executive Team. The CPO will be a key leader in defining and executing the people strategy in alignment with the business's operating model and long-term performance goals. This role demands a deep understanding of the business to make people decisions that enhance execution, leadership, and results. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, balancing performance and growth with care, and ensuring the organization remains resilient and engaged. The CPO will also be responsible for leading all core people functions, maintaining compliance, and using data to drive talent and leadership strategies. As the CPO, the ideal candidate will be a cultural steward, reinforcing a work environment based on trust, respect, and shared purpose. They will lead change management efforts, support the organization through transformation, and shape an employee experience that fosters engagement and high performance. The role requires a leader who can operate with authenticity, build trust, and help teams navigate ambiguity with confidence. The CPO will also be expected to demonstrate the company's values of customer focus, character, commitment, community, and courage in all actions and decisions.
