Client Operations Manager

Managing a portfolio of 8-12 clients, the full-time Client Operations Manager will oversee revenue cycle operations for a central billing office, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal performance while leading a remote team of A/R Specialists. Key responsibilities Manages a remote team responsible for accounts receivable functions to maximize revenue generation Continuously evaluates revenue cycle operations, ensuring quality standards are met and identifying cash flow improvement opportunities Communicates trends and resolutions to clients while providing analysis and recommendations for revenue performance metrics Required qualifications 3+ years of RCM management experience in a healthcare-related industry, preferably with Ambulatory Surgical Center or outpatient hospital experience Experience with SIS, HST, Advantx, and/or Waystar preferred Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and their impact on accounts receivable and cash results Proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Ability to lead projects and manage staff effectively to achieve organizational goals
