Explosive Waste Processing Technician FieldBridge is looking for an Explosive Waste Processing Technician in Fort Stockton, TX to work for the world’s largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay is $22–$25/hour | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available as needed | At $25/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,375.00 gross Candidates must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 clearance (ATF Form 5400.28); clearance is processed through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after onboarding. Initial training may require travel to Houston, TX or Kellyville, OK. Position Overview FieldBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Explosive Waste Processing Technician to support thermal treatment operations at a highly regulated hazardous and explosive materials facility in Fort Stockton, TX. This role involves heavy manual labor performed primarily outdoors and requires strict adherence to compliance, documentation, and safety protocols. The right candidate will thrive in a structured, compliance-driven environment and be committed to safe handling procedures at every step. Key Responsibilities Perform manual labor related to hazardous and explosive waste processing operations Support thermal treatment of explosive materials and conduct post-treatment cleanup Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork in accordance with regulatory requirements Follow all compliance and safety procedures with a high degree of attention to detail Work outdoors in extreme temperatures while meeting productivity and safety standards Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Willingness and ability to perform heavy manual labor daily Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat conditions (up to ~120°F) Strong attention to detail, particularly with compliance documentation and paperwork Ability to pass ATF background check and obtain BATFE Level 4 clearance for explosives handling Forklift experience a plus, but not required FieldBridge, LLC
