Job Summary In this position, you will provide direct administrative support for multiple leaders and will be responsible for the overall workflow of the Hospital Administration office. Responsibilities Greets visitors and answers the telephone with professional courtesy. Plans and coordinates meetings of executives and resolves scheduling conflicts. Completes delegated projects on time using available software and resources. Maintains an organized and clean office environment. Coordinated award and recognition programs for hospital staff. Collaborates with multiple departments to complete special projects and requests. Composes correspondence, memos and reports in a timely manner. Assists with writing letters to staff, physicians and patient families. Maintains excellent relationships with hospital departments. Enters data and news on the hospital intranet page as needed. Qualifications High school graduate or GED; some college coursework required. Typing speed of 60 wpm and strong PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer‑service skills.
