Sales Center Manager

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.\n\nDemonstrated experience with HVAC equipment in a wholesale distribution environment.\n\nExperience in sales, operations, purchasing, inventory management, or branch leadership.\n\nProven ability to manage, train, and mentor employees while establishing and achieving business goals.\n\nStrong customer service, communication, analytical, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Sales Center Manager to oversee the sales, operations, and overall performance of an established wholesale HVAC distribution center. This leadership position is responsible for managing daily branch operations, increasing sales and profitability, overseeing inventory and merchandising, maintaining the center’s P&L, and developing a high-performing team.
