Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Job Posting: Respite Care Provider Needed We are seeking a caregiving provider that is patient, positive, and possesses a calm demeanor that can provide safety and companionship to a pre-school aged autistic boy. Your role will be to engage with the child through meaningful, developmentally appropriate activities, while supporting his individual needs and routines.

Job Posting: Respite Care Provider Needed We are seeking a caregiving provider that is patient, positive, and possesses a calm demeanor that can provide safety and companionship to a pre-school aged autistic boy. Your role will be to engage with the child through meaningful, developmentally appropriate activities, while supporting his individual needs and routines.
Schedule & Pay:
- Location: Green Bay, WI - Care provided in child's home and nearby park
- Schedule: 1-2 Days/Week; Sundays 12pm-7pm; Weekdays: 9am-12pm
- Hourly Pay: $10.60
- Playing in the backyard
- Going to the park/going on walks
- Playing with toy cars, stuffed animals, coloring, play dough,
- Watching tv/having it on for background noise
- Engage in meaningful interactions
- Provide companionship by implementing favorite activities into schedule
- Meal prepping & feeding
- Redirect behaviors when needed
- Assist with cleaning up after toileting and changing pull ups
- Assisting with bedtime routine
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Experience working with autism/special needs children
- Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, & auto insurance
- 2 years of driving experience
- Background check before hire
