Hospice Physician: Lead Compassionate Care & Quality
Gentiva
Gentiva seeks a Hospice Physician to ensure compassionate, goal-directed care for hospice patients. You will lead medical decisions, supervise home visits, and support quality improvement across the program. This is a notification-only arrangement with invoicing for services rendered. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in education for staff and partners. Travel up to 25% may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gentiva
