Medical Assistant PositionSerotonin Anti-Aging Center in Paramus, NJ is looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing wellness team. If you're passionate about anti-aging, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you!Assist providers with patient exams, consultations, and aesthetic or wellness proceduresPerform patient intake, including vital signs, medical history review, and documentationPrepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply inventoryAdminister injections, draw labs, and support clinical procedures as directedCommunicate with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and schedulingAccurately update and maintain electronic health records (EHR)Support front office operations and coordinate patient flow as neededCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferredPrior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting is a plusPhlebotomy and injection experience strongly preferredProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systemsStrong interpersonal skills with a patient-first, compassionate approachHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be reliable, professional, and a collaborative team playerSerotonin Anti-Aging Centers is a premier destination for personalized wellness, hormone optimization, and aesthetic treatments designed to help patients thrive at every age.
