Do you thrive laying consistent TIG beads? Can you turn a blueprint into a flawless finished component? Do you enjoy working with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and deadlines in equal measure?
Your impact- Operate TIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal parts with accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to plan welds.
- Verify each weld meets quality expectations and matches the specification.
- Keep your station clean and comply with all safety protocols.
- Partner with teammates and leaders to meet production milestones.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure reliability.
- Support and mentor junior welders when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification/technical training preferred.
- Hands-on TIG welding background with a portfolio that demonstrates your capability.
- Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a pride in producing high-caliber work.
- Ability to contribute independently and as part of a fast-moving team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach.
- Working knowledge of welding safety practices and standards.
