Server AssistantOur Server Assistants play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by supporting seamless service and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow their front-of-house skills.Location: Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley (12770 Tatum Blvd, Phoenix AZ, 85032)What you will do:Support Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards and communicating dish descriptions when appropriate.Assist with beverage service, water refills, bread service, and other guest needs to enhance the dining experience.Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.Anticipate guest and team needs, responding quickly to requests and helping ensure smooth service execution.What you will bring:Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferredExperience in upscale dining preferredWhat we bring to the table:$12.15 per hourPaid time offPersonal DaysMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance options401k with 4% company matchGenerous employee discountOpportunities for growthEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
