Position Overview Location: Phoenix, AZ (Happy Valley), Job Type: Full‑time, Salary: DOE Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced Dutchie Specialist to manage Dutchie platforms and lead program initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Program Planning and Execution Develop and manage program plans and timelines. Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables. Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time and within scope. Management Act as primary point of contact for the program Director. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to the Director. Manage expectations and ensure needs are met. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and manage cross‑functional project teams. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure project success. Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle. Quality Assurance Ensure all projects adhere to company quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control processes. Performance Tracking and Reporting Lead Metrc integration and Bio‑track integration. Track program progress and performance metrics. Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Preferred). Experience 2 years working directly with Dutchie. 2 years working directly with Metrc. 2 years working directly with Bio‑track. 2 years in the cannabis industry. Proven experience as a Program Manager or equivalent role. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skills Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
