This night-shift role maintains reliable inventory records and stock levels while following departmental procedures and the ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.What You'll Be DoingReceive, log, quality check, store, and distribute deliveries from the loading bayMaintain organized inventory and rotate stock in the appropriate date orderRecord stock movements and material issues accurately using inventory control systemsMonitor stock levels, place timely orders, and follow up on outstanding purchase ordersAnalyze inventory reports and recommend process improvementsCoordinate with project managers, setup managers, suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, and other internal customers to resolve stock-related issuesPrepare intercompany shipments and provide Logistics with the required shipment details and documentationComplete cycle counts, daily and weekly reporting, inventory dispositions, and internal material requisitionsWhat We Are Looking For2-3 years of related experienceGood PC skills, including Excel and WordAbility to operate inventory control systems and other systems used to process stockAbility to drive fork trucks and secure applicable certificationOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This RoleExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsEffective leadership skillsAbility to analyze reports and use findings to improve processesAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, clients, suppliers, and cross-functional departmentsAbility to prioritize orders and inventory activities while accounting for supplier lead times and short-dated materialsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
