As a Tow Driver, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service to our customers, operating modern flatbed Ford trucks with a stinger. Responsibilities Safely operate flatbed tow trucks to transport vehicles as needed Provide courteous and professional service to customers during pickups and deliveries Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure trucks are maintained in good working order Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, including handling heavy items with proper tools Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and vehicle movements Work collaboratively with team members and other departments as needed Qualifications Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screening Good driving record Comfortable with lifting and moving heavy items using appropriate equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong customer service skills No special license required Compensation $40,000+ per year , including end‑of‑year bonus. This is a full-time, commission‑based position.
