Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage a fresh book of business, handle standard personal lines accounts, and work collaboratively with a supportive and tight-knit team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually Incentives: Quarterly incentive plan based on office goals (new business and retention) Performance Reviews: Annual reviews for raises and performance Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided Responsibilities Manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, and umbrella policies Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on new business acquisition Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve office goals for new business and retention Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applied EPIC system Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are highly preferred Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in sales or service; 5+ years preferred (candidates with captive experience will be considered) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred Soft Skills: Passionate about client service and team collaboration Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service #J-18808-Ljbffr The Jonus Group
