Downtown Pittsburgh educational group is in need of support within their Purchasing Department. The selected candidate will assist with the following duties:
- Procurement and Purchasing
- Budget Management
- Contract/Vendor Management
- Project Management
- Software License Tracking
- Related document management
Requirements:
- Previous like experience in any of the duties listed along with a solid office support employment history
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
NOTE: This is a Mon-Fri, 10:00-2:00, hybrid schedule
