Seasonal Cashier Position
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Seasonal Cashier positions! If you love working with plants and enjoy interacting with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your primary role will involve ringing out customers and completing necessary paperwork, all while providing exceptional service during our busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Checkout: Accurately process transactions and handle cash or credit payments.
- Paperwork: Complete required paperwork related to sales and inventory.
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers with questions and offering plant care advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Weather Preparedness: Be ready to work in all weather conditions as you assist customers outdoors.
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 16 years.
- Positive Attitude: Must possess a friendly demeanor and a willingness to engage with customers.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are essential.
- Plant Knowledge: Previous experience with plants is helpful but not required; eagerness to learn is key.
